This Meditation Workshop introduces participants to various meditation techniques aimed at reducing stress, enhancing focus, and promoting overall well-being. The session provides practical exercises and guided meditations to help attendees develop a personal meditation practice..

Meditation corporate training and certification oriented remote program aims to upskill you with Meditation Techniques, Stress Management, Relaxation, Focus and Concentration, Emotional Regulation

Currently due to Covid19 outbreak, the course is available remote and however it can also be accessed online via your nearby Prog360 centre based on local availability.

      • Identifying Stress and Its Impact
      • Meditation Techniques for Stress Reduction
      • Building Resilience through Meditation
    3. Enhancing Focus and Emotional Well-being
      • Techniques to Improve Focus
      • Meditation for Emotional Balance
      • Developing Compassion and Self-compassion
    4. Creating a Personal Meditation Plan

    Participants who attend all sessions and successfully complete the course assessments will receive a Prog360 Certificate of Completion for the Training Program.

Meditation Workshop Certifications

Meditation Workshop course delivery involves case studies, examples, discussions and exercises to enhance the learning experience.
At the end of the training the participants will be awarded Course Completion Certificates on Meditation Workshop.
