Mindfulness is the cognitive skill, usually developed through meditation, of sustaining meta-attention of the contents of one's own mind in the present moment.

In this Mindfulness Training Program the participants will learn techniques to enhance focus, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. The training emphasizes practical exercises and strategies for integrating mindfulness into personal and professional contexts.

Mindfulness corporate training and certification oriented remote program aims to upskill you with Mindfulness Practices, Stress Management, Focus and Concentration, Emotional Regulation, Self-awareness

Currently due to Covid19 outbreak, the course is available remote and however it can also be accessed online via your nearby Prog360 centre based on local availability.

Course Prerequisites

• No prior experience with mindfulness required

    Morning Session:

    1. Introduction to Mindfulness

    2. Mindfulness Practices
      • Breathing Exercises
      • Body Scan Meditation
      • Mindful Movement (e.g., Yoga or Tai Chi)

    3. Mindfulness in Daily Life
      • Practicing Mindfulness in Everyday Activities
      • Techniques for Staying Present
      • Mindful Listening and Communication

    Afternoon Session:

    1. Managing Stress with Mindfulness
      • Identifying Stress Triggers
      • Mindfulness Techniques for Stress Reduction
      • Building Resilience through Mindfulness
    2. Enhancing Focus and Concentration
      • Techniques to Improve Focus
      • Mindfulness Exercises for Concentration
      • Applying Mindfulness at Work
    3. Emotional Regulation through Mindfulness
      • Recognizing and Understanding Emotions
      • Mindfulness Strategies for Emotional Balance
      • Developing Compassion and Self-compassion
    4. Creating a Mindfulness Plan
      • Setting Personal Mindfulness Goals
      • Developing a Daily Mindfulness Routine
      • Resources for Continued Mindfulness Practice
    5. Group Discussion and Q&A
      • Sharing Experiences and Insights
      • Addressing Challenges and Obstacles
      • Q&A Session with the Instructor

    Certification: Participants who attend all sessions and successfully complete the course assessments will receive a Prog360 Certificate of Completion for the Training Program.
     

Mindfulness Certifications

Mindfulness course delivery involves case studies, examples, discussions and exercises to enhance the learning experience.
At the end of the training the participants will be awarded Course Completion Certificates on Mindfulness .

Post Course Evaluation

You may chose to enroll for a post course evaluation to analyse your knowledge metrics. The post course evaluation would cover the topics related to the training delivered over the period of the complete session, like:
